PROGRAM DIRECTOR of DEVELOPMENT

We're truly happy to announce that our Travel Teams will be implemented and overseen by former college coach, Derek Bell.

Coach Bell over the years has coached over 300 players who have moved on to play college baseball and has even coached a handful of players who have moved on to the Major Leagues.

Coach Bell will be 'Outlining the Plan' to help the players within our Program to get to where they'd like to be.

He'll be writing the Practice Plans - Structuring the aspects of Player Development - And he'll be working directly with each coach within the Program... Who will then execute and implement that plan out on the field by our local Directors of Development.
