Intermediate Hitting Class Overview:

 

Prerequites: Completion of Hitting 101 or 'Hit & Run Program'

 

Curriculum: In our Intermediate Hitting Class we dive deeper into not only need assessment, helping a player improve where he needs to improve, but also begin to get into more advanced hitting topics, such as 'Hitting Approaches' as well as 'Pitch Recognition' and 'Situational Hitting'.
