FOR WHO - Any player of any current skill level is welcome

 

WHEN & WHERE - Complete Schedule Below

 

AGES - 7U to 14U (Players divided by age at clinic)

 

DURATION - 3 Sessions - 4 Weeks

AVAILABILITY - 12 Players MAX!!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Come on out and get ready for the upcoming season!!

 

Our Pre-Season Training Program has one simple goal... To prepare and get players ready for their upcoming seasons.

 

Unlike our other programs that focus entirely on teaching - The focus of our Pre-Season Training Program is repetition.

  • We want players to take as many ground balls as we possibly can

  • Take as many swings, HIT as much as we possibly can

  • Players will go through a progressive throwing program focusing on arm care and building up arm strength for the upcoming season

  • To go along with a progressive conditioning program to help players reach a high level of endurance and stamina before the season begins

 

 

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT CALENDAR

  • In addition to on-field workouts, players will also receive an in-depth 'Player Development Calendar' to continue training at home during the week as they prepare for the upcoming season!

MASTER SCHEDULE

  • All Workouts take place either Saturday or Sunday depending on location

 

  • TIMES - All Workouts 9:30 to 12:00

 

Oakley - Saturdays January 28 - February 4 & 18

Roseville - Saturdays January 28 - February 4 & 18

Turlock - Sundays January 29 - February 5 & 19

Elk Grove - Sundays January 29 - February 5 & 19

Dublin - Sundays January 29 - February 5 & 19

RAIN-OUTS?

In the event a workout is rained out or not executed due to fields being closed - A refund for that workout will be applied.
