Our Pre-Season Training Program has one simple goal... To prepare and get players ready for their upcoming seasons.
Unlike our other programs that focus entirely on teaching - The focus of our Pre-Season Training Program is repetition.
We want players to take as many ground balls as we possibly can
Take as many swings, HIT as much as we possibly can
Players will go through a progressive throwing program focusing on arm care and building up arm strength for the upcoming season
To go along with a progressive conditioning program to help players reach a high level of endurance and stamina before the season begins
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT CALENDAR
In addition to on-field workouts, players will also receive an in-depth 'Player Development Calendar' to continue training at home during the week as they prepare for the upcoming season!
All Workouts take place either Saturday or Sunday depending on location
TIMES - All Workouts 9:30 to 12:00
Oakley - Saturdays January 28 - February 4 & 18
Roseville - Saturdays January 28 - February 4 & 18
Turlock - Sundays January 29 - February 5 & 19
Elk Grove - Sundays January 29 - February 5 & 19
Dublin - Sundays January 29 - February 5 & 19
In the event a workout is rained out or not executed due to fields being closed - A refund for that workout will be applied.
