Power Hitting & Bat Speed Development Class Overview:

 

Prerequites: None

 

Curriculum: Our Power Hitting & Bat Speed Development Class is a revolutionary program where the entire focus is placed on developing 'Power' while hitting and increasing 'Bat Speed'. This is achieved through various drills, weighted bats, and proper explosive leg drive.

 

This is a great course to take in conjunction with one of our Hitting Classes.
